UNIMED is pleased to share the call for self-nominations of Coordinating Lead Authors, and Lead Authors for the 1st MedECC Assessment Report (MAR1) on current state and risks of climate and environmental change in the Mediterranean (please click here).
MedECC is a network of Mediterranean Experts on Climate and Environmental Change, that has the goal to provide scientific information about environmental issues of concern in the Mediterranean region, and you have expressed interest to participate.
Experts from the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean are particularly invited to apply. It is very important that all the sub-regions/countries of the Mediterranean are represented among the MedECC report authors in a balanced way. Moreover, experts in economic, social and political sciences are encouraged to apply.
Please find here attached also the 1st MedECC Assessment Report (MAR1), produced during the Scoping Workshops between October 2016 and March 2018, developed by several experts in the field and validated by the MedECC Steering Committee (SC).
