Italy, Bologna 18 and 19 January: Kick-Off Meeting of the project TUNED

On 18th and 19th of January it will take place the Kick Off Meeting of TUNED “Tunisian Network for Employability and Development of graduates’ skills” project of which UNIMED is partner and coordinated by Alma Laurea Interuniversity Consortium, Italy.

This project, funded by the European Commission under the program Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education, aims to address the priority of the Internationalization of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in Tunisia, strengthening the relations between university and enterprises.

The Kick-Off meeting will be opened with speeches from Ms. Marina Timoteo, Almalaurea director, and Mr. Samir Srairi, Ministry of Higher Education, University and Research.

The partnership consists of 14 institutions from 4 Mediterranean countries (Tunisia, Cyprus, Italy and Spain) and it has as specific objectives building Tunisian capacities by transferring EU best practices on graduates’ employability and monitoring of universities’ performances accordingly to international standards, enhancing the empowerment of Tunisian universities, strengthening university/labour market linkages and increasing the collaboration among Universities at local level
