The first students of the new ForMed group from Muhammad V University in Rabat arrived recently. They were welcomed by cultural mediators into their new residences and will be registered in the coming days.

For the third year in a row, UNIMED and the Fondazione di Sardegna are jointly managing the ForMed project, which has led more than 100 Moroccan, Tunisian and Algerian students attend to the Universities of Cagliari and Sassari in Sardinia. This has promoted the process of internationalization of the two universities, and more generally of Sardinia.

The scholarships granted by the Fondazione di Sardegna have allowed dozens of international students to continue their studies in Sardinia and to obtain an Italian degree. Last July, Nesrine, Saliha, Fettah, Hanane, Hamza, Zahia, Hind, Sirine and Mohamed graduated from the University of Sassari. The University of Cagliari will also celebrate the first ForMed graduations next November,

New students  from the University of Tunis and Algeria will arrive in the coming days, thus completing the 2017/2018 group.
