What is the plan for Higher Education once the Syrian war ends?

In an article published on University World News, UNIMED collaborators Raniero Chelli and Marco Di Donato explain the most common problems refugees face in terms of pursuing higher education, and go over what can be done to try to solve the issues they have encountered. Read the full article here.

UNIMED is currently involved in two project handling the issue of refugees’ access to Higher Education: the inHERE project  (Higher Education supporting Refugees in Europe), aimed at integrating refugees in European Universities, and  the RESCUE project  (Refugees Education Support in MENA Countries),  aimed at opening up local universities to Syrians based in Jordan and Lebanon and to displaced Iraqis in Kurdistan.
