(Rome, 9 September 2019) This documentary tells the story of Obaida, a brilliant Syrian engineering student. Behind him there is a war and ahead of him, a path to be invented. The story of Obaida is somehow the story of all the young people who leave their lands and undertake dangerous and difficult journeys in search of new opportunities and whose sacrifices are sometimes rewarded by incredible successes and unimaginable surprises.
UNIMED, Mediterranean Universities Union, which has always been active in promoting student mobility and internationalisation, is a sponsor of the project, a story from the Mediterranean which promotes a universal and positive message.
