The University of Cyprus in Nicosia will host the International Congress and Exhibition, East-meets-West on Innovation and Entrepreneurship from 1 to 4 September 2012.

The main objective of the event is to promote transnational cooperation between East and West as the main instrument for overcoming the limitations of national knowledge, financial resources, technologies and services.

Specifically, the aim is to improve cooperation between scientific communities and enterprises, encouraging private sector investment in science and contributing to innovation and enterprise development.
