Two working groups discussed the problems of universities in Tunisia in relation to these themes and their approach, especially the concrete problems of Tunisian universities.

The working session included the following questions:

  1. What are the differences between the European cases presented and your university?
  2. What are the fundamental aspects that should be improved and how?
  3. What management elements of those presented by the University of Barcelona seem useful for your institution and how to implement them?

At the Barcelona field visit, an external expert from the University of Montpellier, member of UNIMED and in collaboration with the University of Barcelona, also intervened to share his experience in the field.
