(Rome, 9 December 2020) On December 9, 2020, the ITC-ILO, the ILO International Training Centre, and UNIMED have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
Starting from an initial cooperation with the UNIMED SubNetwork on Employability, the MoU aims to provide a framework for cooperation between ITC-ILO and UNIMED by joining technical and academic efforts on matters of mutual interest for both parties, such as the promotion of an inclusive and sustainable Mediterranean economic growth, employment, and decent work in the area.
In particular, the partnership with the ITC-ILO aims at offering learning, knowledge-sharing, and institutional capacity-building programmes within the UNIMED network and with the ILO-ITC partners.
