The StEER-Leb project, of which UNIMED is an active partner, has just launched its Students of StEER-Leb campaign. The movement is aimed at sharing the testimonials of students who took part in StEER-Leb activities and share their experience, their thoughts and tips on student’s empowerment, representation or engagement. These aspects are an important part of campus life: they teach young people the sense of responsibilities, foster new ideas for university development and engage students in local development.
The campaign has been launched on the Facebook and Instagram pages of the project. A dedicated page is also available on the website here. This activity is realized thanks to the work of the Students Communication Team, bringing together one student representative from each of the partner universities, to share and disseminate StEER-Leb activities and experiences, from the students, by the students, to the students.
The 2nd capacity-building activity recently took place in the University of Rouen-Normandie, where, as written by the students themselves, despite the current atmosphere in March, “the month that witnessed the closing of borders due to COVID-19, in Europe and between Europe and the world, had for us StEER-Leb folks, a completely different beginning. Although borders were about to close, our skills to create new bonds were not.” You can read about this activity here.
