The Erasmus+ project APPRAIS – a Piloting Reform PRrocess in kurdistAn regIon of Iraq has launched a Call for Papers for academics, researchers and practitioners that would like to contribute to a publication branded APPRAIS.
The overarching goal of APPRAIS is to support, through the cooperation with European institutions, the rebuilding and modernisation of the governance system of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, with a specific focus on strategic planning, quality assurance and Bologna process implementation. For the Call for Papers, an Editorial Committee has been established, with representatives of the project’sPartner institutions, responsible for assessing the papers and outlining the publication. The APPRAIS publication will contribute to give visibility to the project and project results.
The Editorial Committee is looking for up to max 5000 words papers on the following suggested topics:
- Student engagement, assessment method in programs based on Bologna Process.
- Third mission (University and Society).
- Implementation of Bologna Process in Kurdish universities
- Good governance, autonomy and strategic planning: key ingredients for institutional development.
- Cultural aspects of Quality Assurance in KRG Educational Institutions.
- Enhancing employability through learning mobility: a study of Alumni perspective.
- Bologna Process as a driver for internationalization.
The new deadline to submit papers is February 29th, 2024.
