A Call for application as short-term Experts in the framework of the EU4Skills initiative has just been launched!

The EU4Skills project is a project co-funded by the European Union and the French government, coordinated by Expertise France with UNIMED as implementing partner. The project seeks to address the critical challenges of unemployment in Libya, recognizing the need for comprehensive solutions for employability. In addressing the complex landscape of employability in Libya, EU4Skills aims to conduct a comprehensive diagnosis, considering the interconnected nature of sectors, and integrating a gender-responsive approach, as well as aspects of coordination and governance.

UNIMED will conduct a comprehensive employability needs analysis to draft a state of the art of the Libyan system about the main project focus areas, for which experts are needed:

  • Employability Situation in Libya
  • Digital Skills
  • Green and Blue Economy

Data collection and analysis will respond to the need of preparing and delivering a capacity building action in Libya.

You will find the call for application here in English. This call is open to applicants all UNIMED-associated universities in Libya.

The deadline is 18 November 2024, 1 p.m. C.E.T.

All applications will be evaluated by a Selection committee.
