Call for applications 2024/2025 for Research Masters Degree “Migration Studies: Governance, Policies and Cultures”

The Call for applications for the fourth edition of the Master’s Degree “Migration Studies: Governance, Policies and Cultures” is now open till 27th July 2024.

In 2021, the Erasmus+ capacity building project “MIGRANTS”launched the Joint Master’s Degree in “Migration Studies: Governance, Policies and Cultures” gathering three Tunisian Partner Universities: Tunis El Manar University, La Manouba University, and Tunis University. The project has now come to an end, but its main objective is still alive.

The degree course is offered at the Higher Institute of Human Sciences of Tunis and it has been developed as part of the MIGRANTS Project, in partnership between the Universities of Palermo, Tunis El Manar, La Manouba, Tunis, Granada, Westminster and a network of Associations and NGOs operating in the field of Migration coordinated by COSPE, CLEDU and UNIMED.

The Master’s Degree in Migration Studies is an interdisciplinary two year programme offered in English and providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges represented by international migration.

The Master’s Degree in Migration Studies accepts up to 25 students coming from Tunisian BA but also to international students coming from Middle East and Nord Africa, Sub-Saharan Region and Europe.

Graduates of Migration Studies are suitable candidates for positions in governmental organisations as policy analysts and policy advisors, in local and international NGOs and research institutes as consultants.
