ESAGOV

As everywhere in the world, Algerian universities are expected to give a greater contribution to the national economy competitiveness, while continuing to assume their missions of knowledge production and scientific research development. That means that universities need to include their action in a medium-term strategy taking into account their environment in order to increase their student’s employability. Relying on a participatory approach, the aim of ESAGOV is to support the governance of Higher Education Institutions through the revision of their strategic plan, the strengthening of quality assurance mechanisms and the capacity building of both academic and administrative staff.
