FoSaMed aims to promote inclusive education through curriculum development and teacher education on food safety. The main goal of the FoSaMed project is the implementation of a new Joint Master’s Degree on Food Safety between four Moroccan higher education institutions, associated with the recovery and promotion of the traditional Mediterranean diet and to short food supply chains. The project promotes modern and innovative teaching methodologies and an increasingly inclusive university, integrating underprivileged groups, such as women, rural populations and refugees and giving them equal access to knowledge and resulting opportunities.
