The project was a bottom up approach, that started from the graduates and their university, for modernizing and developing the HE sector within society, strengthening the relations between university and enterprises and improve in turn the quality of HE in place. Information in Tunisia were in fact rather scattered for a continuous and effective monitoring on the training system, the labor market, and the link between them, and to forecast skills requirements of the labour market needs. The project thus supported Tunisian higher education system by the scaling up of the previous ISLAH observatory, database and platform to include the new coming universities
