In the framework of the Erasmus Days 2022 celebrations, the project ON-IT “Online Internship in Europe” organises a free webinar focusing on online internships in higher education in Europe.

The challenge of remote working in tourism: reflections for  virtual internships in Higher Education

Objectives:

The webinar aims to discuss the challenge of remote working in the field of tourism and the better ways to organise virtual internships for students in tourism in order to enable them to acquire the necessary competencies for taking advantage of the opportunities arising in the labour market. In this context, a protocol elaborated within the ON-IT project to design and manage online internships in universities will be presented and the different tools elaborated will be shared. 

Target audience:

The webinar will be of interest to all actors involved in promoting and organising online internships, especially academic tutors, company tutors, administrative staff and anyone interested in advancing the design and implementation of meaningful online internships in higher education.

The webinar will be held in English.
